CRABALAYA CRUNCHERS 1  1/4 oz. - An artful blend of Lump crab meat, cajun seasoned sausage, New York cheddar cheese folded in a spiced bayou cream sauce with just a hint of sauteed seasoned onions & peppers, batter dipped, breaded and browned, warm at home 12 - 15 minutes.  Bag of 20 - $13.95.

CRAB BOWL - Our newest appetizer! We fill an Italian Pub loaf of bread with Jumbo Lump Crab Meat folded with a lightly seasoned cheesy cream sauce.  Bake 400 degrees for 25 minutes, stir after 15 minutes, bread is crunchy and you can serve with your favorite crackers.

THE CAPTAIN'S COCKTAIL SAUCE - Horsier than most, we use extra hot horseradish and blend it to a delightful zing.  Use with shrimp, crab critters, crab cakes.   1/2 pt. $3.49

THE CAPTAIN'S HORSERADISH CREAM SAUCE - Horseradish and spiced mustard, blended with a seasoned mayo sauce.  At home the captain adds a little Bailey's Irish Cream.  Use with Crabalaya Crunchers, Imperial Mini, Crab Critters and Shrimp.  1/2 pt. $3.49 - Other sauces - tarter, sabi, Dijon honey mustard
